I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

To Whom it May Concern: Please find SCP Auctions response belowI have also included said response in a word document attached to this email. Complaint: ID *** A contract between the complainant and SCP Auctions was signed stating a $2,advance upon receipt of the
cards would be granted to the client after a “physical inspection” of the cards had been performed to verify authenticity of the cardsOur card specialist with over 30-years of experience in the business looked over the submitted cards and deemed them as fake and/or non-authentic. A call was placed to the client and a message was left for the client stating that the cards he sent in were not authenticWe did not hear back from the client. In order to have the cards shipped to SCP Auctions, SCP Auctions issued a call tag with UPS on February 11th, to the clients address and we received the package on February 16th, SCP Auctions stated in our message to the client that the address previously used for the call tag would be the address we are using to return the cardsUpon reading the Revdex.com complaint the address provided by said client is also the address we sent the package back to. The mailing address was verified via our UPS log and we sent the cards back on March 3rd, and the parcel was shipped ground (UPS logs can be provided upon request.)As of March 5th, the UPS website indicated the package delivery was delayed due to inclement weatherUPS attempted on three separate occasions to deliver the parcel: 1st attempt was March 9th, 2nd attempt was March 10th, 3rdattempt was March 11thAs the client was not home at each delivery attempt it is standard UPS policy that the parcel be returned to the local customer center where it is housed for 5-business days allowing ample time for the client to retrieve said packageThe box was still not retrieved by the clientOn March 18th, UPS was forced to send the box back to SCP Auctions and we received the returned package on Monday, March 23rd, (logs for return receipt can also be supplied). We have tried multiple times to contact the client via phone, but our calls have been left unansweredEmail communication has not been productive as the client has repeatedly used combative, accusatory, and threatening wordsThe client refuses to speak over the phone to resolve the issueWe have done everything possible to get the cards back in the client’s possession. Regards, *** ***Operations Manager

Responding to consumer’s letter dated March 31, 2015: SCP Auctions waited calendar days to get email confirmation that the consumer would sign off and receive a package at the mailing address provided by the consumerBoth the company president and salesperson left voice messages on the consumer’s cell phoneDue to the consumer’s inability to respond to this simple request, SCP Auctions is now making a second attempt to return the cardsOn April 14, SCP Auctions shipped a package containing the two cards and the original authentication letter (from the company that the consumer requested, signed by the company president), which declared the authenticity of both cards “questionable.” The package was shipped UPS 3-day air and the tracking number was then emailed to the consignor upon releaseAt this point, all efforts to return the cards to the consumer have been exhausted. *** ***
