SCR Northern

We had a failure of the float on our lift pump which flooded our downstairs laundry room and we contacted SCR to fix it They came and fixed it, and we paid for the service, but it failed shortly afterwards and flooded our laundry room againThey came back and fixed it again and the person that came out told me that the arm of the float was short and not enough of an angleHe also suggested that maybe we should have replaced the entire pump the first time as the newer pumps have the float attached to it The laundry room flooded againSCR came back out...we asked for the second person to come back as he seemed very knowledgeable I got home and there was a manual for a pump in the laundry roomI called to question what they did since nobody had called and explained my optionsI asked if the new pump was one of the new ones that have the float attached and the person I talked to felt confident that it was I don’t know for sure if it is I got another bill for this serviceI
