contact with her about the project getting pushed back. We agreed to refund money on accout we had other things going on. The money on our card machine had been refunded. It was not until we got the lettter from Revdex.com that we were informed that it had not been. [redacted] had not informed by phone of any sort. We have contacted her and are proceeding with the project. A simple miscommunication.

Spoke to the owner [redacted]. we agreed on a price of $1500 to do the first part of some work for erecting a barn. He wanted the credit card number so he could have it on file to run 50% the day he started working and the other 50% the day he completed the job. I gave him the number. He immediately ran the charge for the full $1500 and then NEVER showed up for the job. I called him numerous times the day he was supposed to show up for the job, finally getting a hold of him at the end of the day and he said something had come up and he would come first thing the next morning. He never showed up again. Now he refuses to answer my calls, texts, and emails or refund my our money. Meanwhile my permits are aging and I do not have the money to hire a new contractor.
