Dear MsButts,My name is Charli D***I am the General Manager of Crunch - ScrantonI am writing to request that all complaints be dismissed with regard to the above memberI was the one who took the call on the 28th from this lady, who was extremely rude to me for no reasonShe also
threatened to go all over Social media to harm our business, which she didI am providing proof of what she did.We are a franchiseThere are over locations nationwideWe all have the same cancel policy, which is cleardaysYou must provide written cancellation days prior to the next billing cycle not to be billedThis lady called and demanded I cancel her membership over the phoneI simply stated that was notable to do this and she flew off the handle saying "YOU WILL CANCEL THIS!"I told her "No, I am notable to cancels verbally", told her to please come to the gym to fill out the cancel form or send a letterShe then threatened to go on our ** page and say terrible thing(which she did)She posted at least 10-things on thereI had to ban her and report her to the ** site as harassment.We are not allowed to cancel any member verballyTechnically, there are not any gyms in America that know of that do thatEither way, we do not deserve to have this complaint against us just because this lady did not want to follow our policyHowever, on August (see attached), She did come in and cancelShe never one time told me she was having a hardshipShe just stated she was not going to come but showed up anyway.Her account was cancelled on August 2, and was not charged any more duesAttached, you will find her agreement that she signed with our cancel policy highlighted and her cancel form she filled out.Please remove this complaint as it has no merit.Thank you for your attention to this matter,Best regards,Charli D***General Manager
