Review: I purchased an 18-game plan to the 2013 season of the RailRiders. Due to circulatory, muscle and bone issues in the legs and feet, my only request was an aisle/end seat, which I was told I would get. I got my tickets and when I went to my first game I found the seats to be smack dab in the middle of the row...nowhere near the end. I quickly contacted my sales rep about it. She said, "Seats were added after yours were purchased!" I spoke to several different people and was told no seats were added in my section, and you can tell they weren't...as it is one long bar. I also purchased my tickets only a short time before the season began...there would have been no time to "add seats!" While I do believe I was lied to/misled, they did move my seats. However, they moved them to a seat in which I cannot see the game. They are directly behind the right field foul pole...on which they placed a huge advertising "banner!" I can't see home plate or the entire first base line at all...that is just about the entire game! I get to see a windup and fly balls! It's insane! My ticket agent came over Friday night and told me I can, "Move over" to see the game. Move over where? The entire row was filled! I emailed her yesterday again and her response was a "fake" sorry but is doing nothing. I was first lied to, then I was misled. My "aisle/end" seats were never that and with these seats I should have been told it's a "blocked" or "partial" view. If I was told I would not be able to see the game from my new seats I would have either stuck it out with my old seats or moved to a different area. I was looking forward to this season in the beautiful new ballpark and my very "cool" seats. Well...it's been nothing but a giant disappointment. They lied to me. Then neglected to properly represent seats. I cannot see 80% of a game! In essence they "stole" my money.Desired Settlement: I really want to be able to attend games. I would like end seats in which I CAN SEE the game from. If they cannot or will not do this, and quickly, before I miss more games, I want the value of my entire package refunded, as I only attended one game of the package and was unable to see the game! I truly feel I should be given proper seats and some sort of compensation, as I've wasted hours of my time trying to get this settled, going to the game(s) I couldn't see and gas money to get there!

I'm so sorry but I'm confused. A refund was one of the options, so I'm not sure why my request was not acceptable??? I would settle for just getting proper seats, but if not then I do want my money back?
