***, the owner, is constantly losing ordersIt may take weeks, or months for an item to arrive, that's if she bothers to order it at allShe wont call if your item comes in, instead she'll put it on the shelf to sell even if you've already paid for itToo often it occurs that she's out of stock of basic items like glue or black card stock and rather than buy it from another distributer she'll let it go for weeks and tell customers that "it's on it's way." There's no notion when it comes to sanitationBoxes of candy are stored on the floor and under casesI've even seen a box of chocolates sit by the trash piles by the back door for weeks before they were ever movedThe piles of trash in that store is a complaint all on it's ownRather than taking it to the dumpster it piles by the back doorThe only emergency fire exit in the buildingThe entire store is a fire hazard and it's a wonder that the fire marshals aren't in there more to fine her for her dirty practices

I purchased items from Scrap Happy Ohio and the order didn't comeI sent an email and even left a message and never got a responseFinally called again and told them my issue and that I wanted my stuffInstead of them fulfilling my order, they gave me a complete credit with a note stating they would send me the merchandise that was availableWell nothing yet and I just went on their webpage and the items are still listedTried calling and no one answers the phone and you can't leave a messageThis is the WORST business and customer service I have ever had and would not recommend ordering anything from them
