Never again will I order from SMSPlaced order 11/11, chose option for them to bill me when ready to shipI was billed and paid my $order on 11/Called on 12/to check on status, was reminded they aim to ship orders within a month but were running two weeks behind thatBecause my order was a Christmas gift, the nice person on the phone was able to get my order in line to be shipped by 12/I got a phone call on 12/10: the $item I ordered was discontinued by manufacturerI knew that, it had been discontinued some months earlier - I just figured SMS had lingering stockNope: clearly they accept orders from customers and THEN they order the stock from the manufacturerNo wonder it takes a month or more to ship!

I have a similiar experience to others - I have already paid for my july order - over $- and yes I did know it would not ship in days but now it is passed and customer service says they are still shipping day of the saleI did try to give Stacy some comments about getting people with shipping experience to help - she blocked me from her FB page - How can she promise to ship items bought today before she ships the july orders - Unfortunately she has a lot of local shoppers so she doesn't depend on her online sales or she would step it upShe does not like any negative reviews ( blocks them) so if you are new to her store all you see are the good I love you posts - that's how I got sucked inDO NOT BUY FROM HER IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEM WITHIN A YEAR! SMILES

I give this business a negative review They advertised an anniversary sale and sid if you bought the bundled itmes they were in stock and ready for immediate delivery It's been two weeks and when I contacted them I was told they have had many sales and have orders waiting to be filled and I should expect that merchandise with days after fulfillment There was no cancellation for items ordered durng this sale I would rather pay more for an item than to order and pay so that they can go and purchase the item before they send it to you They do not acknowledge this practice

I discovered sms thru you tube and decided to make a purchase when they had a sale Their website does indicate that during sales mail orders take much longer than usual; however, I was not prepared to wait months! I followed up with the store weeks after my order was placed just to be sure the order existed At this time I was not billed for my order I received a polite email indicating they did have my order but it was not charged nor processed yet and when it was I would be notified by emailAt this time it was july I waited and waited and Christmas came and went I had almost forgotten about my order it had been so long Finally months after I place the order I received an email saying the order is being charged and processed I was shockedI had never done business in this mannerTypically, if a product cannot be fulfilled, a company will let you know along with any future product restocking estimate and also give you an option to cancel if you do not want to wait months I was blown away that SMS found it to be an acceptable turnaround time for a customer order I will never do business with this company againThe products did all arrive, but there was not any note of thank you or apology for the long wait I order craft products from numerous businesses and the ones that appreciate my business will continue to get it Beware of doing business with this company! They didn't rip me off, but their customer service standards are below average

I also have a negative response - I should have checked the Revdex.com reviews BEFORE I order from SMS, regardless of having a presence all over YouTube and the Internet and being an established brick and mortar store SMS might be a great cash and carry store but not the ideal source for online orders! I see rave reviews by local customers and would no doubt be among those if I lived locally rather than in Wyoming
My complaints are not as severe as most here - guess I am just not as patient as most - and I would under no circumstance order during one of the major sales as they are quite clear about their extended 'ship when if ships' policy I even found their shipping policy a bit unreasonable, however elected to order - twice- with an anticipated day delivery Didn't happen With the first order I called on day or and my order was then shipped and received about day Thinking the day delay might have been just a fluke, I place a second order - which on day is still "awaiting fulfillment" , even though they collected payment on my card days ago When I called them today, I was advised that due to a fire they were on a week delay, but that August orders would go out on time Does that mean that if I had ordered in August that I would have received my product sooner than the order placed in early July? I feel the negative outweighs the positive with this vendor, I will not be a repeat customer Caveat Emptor!

Earlier today I submitted a comment regarding the slow shipping policies for SMS Situation resolved - they chose to cancel my order based on my expressed dissatisfaction and a negative review on Google! Guess online business is not valuable enough to provide customer service even though I indicated that I still wanted my order Unbelievable!

Buyers bewareIf you want your scrapbooking supplies in a timely fashion (within days) do not order from SMSAnything you find here can be purchased elsewhereThe only response you will get when checking on the status of your order is a quote of their shipping policy which is "ships when it ships." So far it's been days since I ordered and the money was taken from my account the same dayI suspect I'll get my supplies when they get good and ready and from the sounds of other reviews and complaints (read after I ordered) possibly months

For anyone thinking of shopping online with Scrapbooking Made Simple beware! I placed an order with them in the beginning of August (for the Shop that Did Not Hop Sale)To date, I still have not received my items although they managed to charge my credit card over a month agoWhen I email, I typically don't get any answer and when I do its basically "tough luck - we told everyone that there was no timeframe for shipping"! I don't know about you, but when I saw that I figured more like a few weeks - NOT ALMOST MONTHS! I surely will NEVER be shopping with this company EVER again and will definitely be spreading the word that they're very unreliable!

This company is horrible. It has a very large disclaimer that they are unable to ship what was ordered on-line due to being a "mom and pop" operation. I have been waiting in excess of 3 months for two orders placed on 5/7/2016 in the amounts of $143.27 and $73.97. My credit card was charged right away. Every Saturday the owner is demonstrating and selling more items to people on U-tube. If the owner cannot fulfill orders in a timely manner, why is she selling more every week.? I have emailed and have received email back that they have a disclaimer. This basically gives the owner carte Blanche to take people's money without producing the goods that have been ordered.

Called on 12/5 to check on status, was reminded they aim to ship orders within a month but were running two weeks behind that. Because my order was a Christmas gift, the nice person on the phone was able to get my order in line to be shipped by 12/9. I got a phone call on 12/10: the $47 item I ordered was discontinued by manufacturer. I knew that, it had been discontinued some 6 months earlier - I just figured SMS had lingering stock. Nope: clearly they accept orders from customers and THEN they order the stock from the manufacturer. No wonder it takes a month or more to ship!

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible online store. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company if you want to EVER receive it. Customer Service, well, no better way to put it than IT SUCKS! This company has NO business selling on the internet. I am now into the 3rd month of waiting for my items, my CC was charged IMMEDIATELY, and every time I have called about the order, the same old EXCUSES for why it's not shipped. Like another review on Revdex.com's website, I have been told they are shipping August orders, yet my June order still sits "Awaiting Fulfillment" and apparently will remain so while they ship out current items.

The customer service people on the phone are RUDE!!! RUDE beyond measure. The first one told me "You should have known we don't ship anything before 30 days." How? I don't usually surf the entire website before I purchase something from what appears to be a reputable company. I would not have ordered from them if I knew that. Perhaps that disclaimer should be on the HOME page of the website.

It's amazing to me how many posts are negative on [redacted] and Revdex.com BUYER BEWARE! Apparently, Stacey removes all negative comments from her facebook page. I saw one once, when I went back, it wasn't there. It had to do with slow shipping.

The excuses are "we had a fire", "you should have known about the California wildfires", we're busy with a sale, we're only a mom & pop store (guess what - most mom & pop stores work quite well and ship within a reasonable amount of time, and the customer is the one they are serving). It seems that if Stacey quits doing [redacted] videos and stops the perpetual sales, they might be able to catch up. Another option is to hire more help WITH OUR MONEY and train your customer service representatives - perhaps teach them the meaning of SERVICE.

Seems like they are trying to line their pockets with our money before they consider the customer needs. Perhaps if I walk from Missouri to California, I will get my order sooner.

I'm wondering if I can charge interest on my money that they are using.
I wonder if they have ever been sued? If not, perhaps it's time.

I placed an order in November knowing orders were not going to be filled until January. Well, January came, my credit card was charged and as of 2/11/2015 my order was not shipped or even close to being shipped. After several emails back and forth, they finally volunteered to refund my money. This is my second similar issue with SMS and although they said they were fixing this know issue, to date this is still a problem. I tried to give them a 2nd chance but BUYER BEWARE!
