This company representative came to my house from Home Advisor. Contractor [redacted] took 50 percent payment for an insulating job in my house. Contractor never got back to me on date work would be done. The following week I called requesting my money back. It has been 2 weeks now. [redacted] 's voice mailbox is full and he doesn't return text messages. Better bathrooms and kitchens owes me $1085.00.

Our bathroom had not been remodeled since the house was built in The blue tub had to be broken up and removed as well as everything else, the room was completely guttedSteve, from Better Bathrooms & Kitchens, worked hard one day doing thisWe ended up with a beautiful walk- in shower with glass doors and a bench to sit on, vanity, over the toilet cabinet, lighting, exhaust fan, glass block window (which is beautiful) and vinyl flooringWe are 100% satisfiedSure, there were minor items that came up but we worked together and Tracy and Troy responded quickly and tried to resolve them! When we did not like something, we were able to change it to something we did likeYou have to be proactive with your project! Tracy and Troy go above and beyond to work with youTheir worker, Steve, does his best to please and works so hardJay even offered some assistance The painter, Kirk, was wonderfulWe would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Better Bathrooms & Kitchens! We absolutely love, love our new bathroom and appreciate the job you did for us!
We had a kitchen remodel done by BB&K earlier this year and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The workmanship was detailed and complete, the staff was friendly and reliable, and the management team's communication throughout the process was top notchGood work starts from the top - Tracy White and team were excellent in their communication with us and attentive to any needs/changes we requested during the remodel. Having never undertaken a large remodeling project like this, we were a bit nervous going in to the contract but Tracy and the management staff walked us through the entire project so we knew exactly what to expectWe were very impressed with our installer and would recommend BB&K to anyone. As a matter of fact, we're planning to have BB&K quote us on bathrooms in the near future
Better Bathrooms and Kitchens replaced our old tub/shower with a new shower The new shower is rugged, durable, and includes top of the line fixtures In addition, it looks as good [maybe better] than displays in their showroom They were easy to deal with and addressed every concern we had The installer was very professional and conscience Any installation will create dust and dirt However, the installer used drop cloths to contain the dirt and he cleaned up any mess that had been made prior to leaving each day In summary, we were very pleased with our interaction with Better Bathrooms and Kitchens and we are very satisfied with our new shower We recommend their product and service
Tracy and Bill have been transparent and forthright in their approach to our shower we had installedThey have both been approachable and available when we had issues after the install.Problems can arise and when they do your guard automatically is up in part due to the somewhat spotty reputation of the contracting fieldWith these folks our issues were fixed and responsibility was fully takenTo me, that is just as important as if there were no issuesThank you both Tracy and Bill!
Very negative experience with this company Spoke with the general manage at the Home show at the Salem Civic Center and scheduled an appointment to come review product at their Salem showroom He did not show up or even call to reschedule When we spoke again and I asked why he could not be more considerate of my time he simply hung up on me...very unprofessional Would not recommend to anyone due to poor customer service practices
Better Bathrooms and Kitchens recently completed two bathrooms in our home We are completely satisfied with their work They honored each and every commitment they made to us and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us as we planned our improvements The owner of the company, Tracy White, was most cooperative and knowledgeableHis installers, Peter and Jay, were courteous, professional and also knowledgeable They kept the work site neat and clean and at the end of the work day, there was very little that I had to do to ready the house We would wholeheartedly recommend the business to anyone wishing to make improvements to their bathroom *** and *** ***
Better bath and kitchens has an excellent sales representative in PaulMy wife and I contracted to have a bathroom remodeledHowever, the work was very shoddy and incomplete, it was REDONE once and the walls-and even the shower rod-were crooked and out of squareThey agreed to come back again to fic these problemswe never sae nor heard from them again
Our experience with this business has been overwhelmingly negativeOur project took almost months to complete which doesn't include the time spent with design and planningWe have finally come to a resolution, but we had to involve the Revdex.com and spend hours writing letters, email, and making phone callsThere was no aspect of the job that went according to the planWe experienced poor attention to detail, delayed and unreliable communication, and even had one of their employees tell us outright liesThe kitchen we have is an improvement over what we hadHowever, if I had any idea what we would endure in the process, I would have never given this company a dime of my money
