I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  
Most of what this co-owner said is untrue. I was upset the employee claiming to be a manager was rude and hung up on me. The entire staff at this restaurant is unfriendly and will fund any excuse to make your day unpleasant. I did call later that afternoon asking to speak to the owner, but not in a "rude tone". Yes, the co-owner and I spoke, but it was her with the sour mood in her voice. I did leave an online review, only stating exactly what happened in my experience. Their was a nasty response from the restaurant. After I updated my review, the response from the restaurant was changed to make me look like the bad guy. I am not the first to have issues with the employees or owners. This is a reason why I reported to the Revdex.com; only after did I report them, did I receive a refund. Also, in a review I read on [redacted], the cook had dropped food on the ground but placed in back on the grill to cook and serve.

To Whom It May Concern,I have been extremely busy, and, quite frankly, responding to this unreasonable person's complaint has not been of highest priority.In response to the complaint filed by said recent customer, I have read the narrative she submitted and have the following to...

state:  What is stated does not align with the statement from my employee; I am aware that I was not there and cannot verify the accuracy on either part.  I can say, however, that in her venomous reviews on social media, she did fail to accurately portray the conversation that I myself engaged in with her. Upon hearing about this incident I did reach out to said customer via phone, but got no answer.  I left a message with my cell phone number for her to reach me directly, but she did not call back, instead she later called back the restaurant line, angrily demanding a call back.  I did then call her again, and she proceeded to speak/yell in a very hostile and demanding manner.I informed her that I would discuss the matter with my business partner the first thing the next morning and get back to her; this did not satisfy her and she demanded I provide her with a refund immediately.  I persisted that I would not reverse my business partner's decision until I could speak to him.  She found this unsatisfactory and voiced so in an angry and accusatory fashion.   As promised, I discussed the incident with my partner the next morning.  I refunded the money from the sale (a credit card refund), called her and informed her via voice mail that I had done so and asked for her email address so that I could email her refund receipt to her; she did not ever respond.When you are in a commercial kitchen with a flat top grill heated to 450 degrees and have your line stocked/prepared to serve your menu as quickly as can be expedited, it takes approximately 5 minutes to cook French Toast; yes, her food was almost finished cooking and would have left the restaurant for delivery a few moments later (for whatever reason, she maintains this is not possible, but she is wrong).  The only time it would take longer would be if we were extremely busy at the time of her order and had to complete other orders before having room on the grill to begin cooking hers; this was not the case at the time.  In fact, her order began cooking immediately after her initial call.    I hope to hear back from someone at the Revdex.com about the outcome (?) of this complaint, and also wish to state that a refund within 24  hours is quite reasonable, and in many situations of dissatisfaction, consumers wait much longer for desired (or any) results. Regards,[redacted], Scratch Kitchen & Catering[redacted] (my cell)
