Screen master

Review: On 11/05/2013 my Landlord told me that [redacted] from Screen master told him that he deliver my screens to my house(which he did not) So I proceeded to called [redacted] to find out if this statement was true. [redacted] sound hesitant as he stated to me that he dropped the screens of to "my son" on 7/26/2013. I informed him that I do not have a son, at which point he said "or maybe it was a little girl, I do not remember." Then I asked him to speak to the manager, he stated that he was the manager. Then I asked him how I could contact the owner, he stated he was the owner as well. (He sound very young so im not sure how true this is? ) Then he tried getting me to repurchase the screens. The fact of the matter is that there were never any screens delivered to my house and yet I am getting billed for this.
