Screepro just did a small job on my pool cage. He change the bolts attaching the screen to the cement flooring that had rusted out. Very professional company. The worker was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He even helped me with a problem where the cement slab had moved away from the bottom of the cage, leaving a gap and allowing snakes to come through. When he was finished, he checked with me to see if I was satisfied. I was very satisfied. The office is very accommodating, also. Politely, answered all my questions. I highly recommend them.
The company installed a screen with scene for my pool a year ago. The screen started tearing apart already. They don't wanna honor the warranty.
They don't wanna honor the warranty. They are saying it could have been caused by squirrel or bugs or anything which is not the case.
Repair or refund .
We are currently working with the customer and the manufacturer to repair His Screens due to a manufacturer defect on material.

The guys with screen pro showed promptly at scheduled appointment. They were respectful, professional and answered any questions I had. Jess in the office is one of the sweetest individuals that I have dealt with in customer service. The guys did an awesome job for an outstanding price!
Price was fair, customer service was great, love Jessie, she handled things exceptionally well. Got Florida glass screen on bottom, and love the privacy, then we got Screens with a scene, it is so well done, bright, and beautiful.
