Never sent me a proof of it right and went ahead and printed it.Now say's Im just making something out of nothing.send me proof what he printed so I don't waste my time driven up there. He was to send proof first and still wont show what he took upon him self to print on my shirts.I want my shirts or my money for them and him to learn how to treat folksProduct_Or_Service: t shirts printedDesired Settlementwant what I asked for or money for the shirts I paid forBusiness' Initial Response Customer brought us 16 shirts of low quality that she had bought from a retail store and asked us to print on them. Normally we do not print on shirts when the customer has purchased them elsewhere. Customer seemed like a nice person (at the time) so we agreed to print using her shirts. We sent an art proof on July 9th showing the layout for her left chest print and the full back print. The proofing process is in place to ensure that the customer can see that spelling and phone numbers are correct before printing. The first proof showed her old phone number, which she wanted changed to her new number. She asked us by e-mail to correct the phone number, which should appear as [redacted]. We again sent a proof and this time the phone number incorrectly read [redacted]. She pointed out in her e-mail response on July 10th that the number was still wrong and that it should be [redacted]. Her e-mail concluded with "other than that we are happy. Fix number and print." (Her e-mail giving us approval to fix the number and print is on file and can be provided.) We fixed the number and printed the shirts. They were ready the following day, July 11th.On Thursday, July 18th, customer sent a snotty e-mail (I have copies of all e-mail between her and I) saying that her proof had been wrong 3 times and that she was coming to the shop to pick up her shirts and that she would bring the police. I explained in another e-mail that her shirts were printed, they were correct and she could have them. She got totally snotty and chewed me out for printing the shirts without showing her a new proof. When I cited her e-mail where she clearly gave me approval to fix the number and print she became completely unreasonable and things pretty much disintegrated from there. [redacted] continued to harass me by e-mail asking for an art proof of shirts that were already completed. I asked her on three separate occasions to please not make any more contact with me by e-mail regarding proofs for shirts that were completed and correct, citing her continued behavior as harassment. She ignored all of these requests, continued to send me angry mails with swearing and actually stated that she would not pick up her shirts until she got a proof. I kindly invited her to come and pick her shirts up from my shop or I would donate them to charity. It was shortly after that last e-mail contact that she showed up at my shop with three Tipton County Sheriff deputies, claiming I was holding her shirts for ransom. When the deputies discovered that this was not the situation, they took her shirts to her in the parking lot where she looked them over and admitted to them that the shirts were printed correctly and the number was correct. They asked if she paid me any money for the printing and I asked them to tell her that she could HAVE the shirts if she would just go away. The deputies, during their investigation into what they had been led to believe by [redacted] was a valid civil complaint, discovered that there was absolutely no merit to her complaint and that they couldn't even take a report because nothing was amiss. The episode concluded with the deputies asking [redacted] to leave. Her complaint cites, "I want my shirts or the money for them". This is ridiculous - in part because she already HAS the shirts but also because I never charged her a dime for the labor, the screen, the materials or the printing. She was so unpleasant and unreasonable that I took the loss just to be done with her.I can provide documentation of all e-mails and art proofs sent to [redacted] but you will have to censor some of them for her language. Please let me know if you need them, I will be happy to provide them. If I can be of further assistance in this matter please contact me directly.
