Screen Searchers

I purchased a refrigerator from sears, I've been unable to get someone to service the refrigerator
My icemaker and water system hasn't been functioning correctly I called Sears, Sears referred me to LG, LG referred me back to Sears, this went back and forth until LG set an apptfor 6/8, ticket # RNNXXXXXXXXXXXX, When I didn't hear from anyone I called XXX-XXX-XXXX, I was told there wasn't an order I called LG back and s/w Leah who said there is no record of my purchase I called back and s/w Gelo after speaking hours on the phone I still couldn't get someone to service my refrigerator
