Had a very positive experience with Screen Surgeons. My daughter stepped on our Chromebook one evening and shattered the screen. After doing some research, I came across Screen Surgeon's video on YouTube and placed an order that evening. Checkout was easy, everything shipped the next morning, and arrived to my home 2 days later. Product was in good shape after delivery, was wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap for protection in shipping. Just finished installing a new screen from Screen Surgeons. Great products, easy ordering process, and a user-friendly YouTube video. My order arrived in two or three days. I could have ordered from a site on Amazon and saved a few dollars but felt Screen Surgeons had the better products and better support. Should a visitor have doubts, view the video before ordering. That should make anyone a believer.

My experience with this company could not be worse. I ordered a replacement laptop monitor and was promised two day priority shipping. That was 4 days ago. The tracking number I was given suggests that the monitor still has not shipped. It is impossible to get a human to answer the phone at their location, and the customer service is sub-optimal, at best.
