I placed an order for of their scribble pens in [redacted] (order # [redacted] ) and since then they have been delaying the shipping and launch of their product and keep saying it's being processed and getting ready for shippingTheir website for that last few months has been saying this is the last day to preorder which is just a lieI have emailed them a few times now saying I no longer want it and want a full refund and they have only ignored me

It is a scam to take your moneyThey promise a product, but never deliverWhen you want a refund, they tell you it will be a monthThey string you on past days, so you cant get your credit card to refund you eitherThe internet is filled with people who got ripped offLooks like the only justice you will receive is turn them into the authorities for Fraud, and bring criminal actions against them

I thought the idea of this pen was really interesting, and I have many practical uses for itHowever, the day I ordered it was, on their website the "last day" to pre-orderI did pre-order the stylus and pen setI figured that meant development/production was almost doneThey billed my card, but did take not take my shipping address, which I found very strangeThey said they would reach out when ready to shipAfter a week, I noticed that it was still the "last day" to pre-orderI attempted to reach out to customer service to clarify and ask when they expect the pen to roll out, and it has been almost two weeks and I have not heard backI'm still trying to decide if this is fully a scam, or if the developers ran into problems and/or maybe just abandoned the project, but I do not think I am getting what I paid for

I ordered a product from this company in June of It has been a a year and still not product I have done everything in my power to cancel my order and just get a refund of my moneyThey are a terrible business and after pre ordering with them they said no money backWhich I would not acre bu they are not sending the producti contacted my bank and the bank hands are tied because they have received an email from them saying they will ship and still nothing.I really need help with getting my money back this company is a joke

Ordered an item from them on their site since it stated that there was just one day left to pre-order at 50% offUpon further digging I found that this company may not even have an item to deliver to me so I emailed them to cancel my orderThey refused and forwarded me to their terms of service that seems like something they just made up without a lawyerUpon returning to their site today to get contact information their site STILL says that there's just one day left to pre-order
