been no time for them to fix our issue before we left.  All of the issues we had while we were there just built up to the moment before we left and we could not hold back in our complaint.  To be honest that the issues were not our chief complaint - the lack of any promised follow up by the management or owners is why we sought other options.  They have a direct disregard for customer service or addressing the issues that customers have.  Just because we checked out and stayed in the hotel room does not automatically mean that they delivered the type of service promised.  We have every right to complain about the level of service received and should expect to have a response to our issues directly from the hotel.  Rather they ignored all attempts to contact them to address the issue which we find unacceptable.
