Scrub Shack Medical Uniforms

Review: I purchased a pair of shoes on 12/27/14 with a 30 day return policy. Was told to try the shoes at work but not to wear outside until sure they were correct. The shoes needed exchanged for a smaller pair after 9 hours of wear at work. When I went to exchange them for a smaller size I was told that because they were worn in public there was nothing they could do. I was given a duplicate receipt that had a yellow post it note stating "[redacted] receipt". I was upset and angry, which I did express to the cashier as I was told something at the time of purchase that was not what the policy states. I do have witnesses for all dealings from buying the shoes to the attempted exchange of the shoes twice. I would like contacted by the owner of this establishment.Desired Settlement: I would like for the shoes to be exchanged for the correct size
