I refunded the total amount of the purchase to the customers credit card and I attempted to call the customer. I also sent her an email advising her of the refund and offering an apology for the mishap.

After failing to contact the business, I sent one final email to notify them that I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. Their response was immediate. At that point, I requested that a full refund be issued, including the 10%...

restocking fee listed on their website. They agreed and issued a refund through PayPal. I returned the merchandise in completely new condition at the address listed on their website. I would like to thank the Revdex.com, as I have no doubt this claim would still be unresolved if not for your intervention.   Best,   [redacted]
