Mr [redacted] came into my shop and requested his Toyota Runner be servicedI explained to Mr [redacted] what our service entailed and the cost would be @ $to $if no air filter or other fluids were required, Mr [redacted] was ok with thatHe then informed me the Check Engine Light was ON and asked if we could tell him what it was on for, I said yes, but would be a diagnostic charge for the serviceMr [redacted] agreed and left the shopWe performed the services requested by Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] returned and was presented his invoice for the service and diagnostics and he became agitated, asked why and oil change cost $I reminded Mr [redacted] @ our service package and that his Runner needed a new air filter and it was installed, and we performed the diagnostics for the Check Engine Light as requestedHe said he did NOT request or authorize any work other than the service and I reminded him he asked us to diagnose the Check Engine LightI asked him "you do remember, right" and he agreedMr [redacted] paid his bill and leftI don't think I misrepresented anything to Mr [redacted]

Mr S[redacted] is a blatant Flat out LIAR! I never even spoke to him period before the work was done , I only spoke to the nice native guy who answered the phone. I never asked for or authorized any service or fee other than the 60 dollar oil change . I feel sorry for mr Scruggs that he ended up running a shop in a place that makes it to where he has to take advantage of people to stay in business , but he is lying and I'll take a polygraph .
