I purchased a starter and electric window motor for Scruggs to install. I received a call from [redacted] informing me that a little WD40 in the window track took care of the issue with the window. He could have installed the new one and charged me the additional money but he did not. I've dealt with Scruggs for many years and have never felt like I was taken.

I have been dealing with Scruggs Transmission for three years now. They have always been courteous and timely in repairing my vehicle. But most importantly, they have been honest! I took my vehicle in thinking I needed new brakes. They were honest enough to tell me that I still had 60% left on them. Most places would have just changed them and billed me for it. I have never had to question anything they have ever repaired on my vehicle. They always call me and explain the problem and the best route for repair. And it has ALWAYS been less costly than I expected! They have proven to me that they are a trustworthy business. I love these guys!!!
