I have called several times due to charges on my account that are NOT in line with anything that has been performed at my home. When I initially signed up I signed up to have *** control on my lawn for $24 each visit. My lawn is dormant 6 months out of the year which should limit our need. Since the phone call, there has been no paperwork presented, I have signed NO documents, and the company has charged me XX-XXX a month!!! I have called several times to dispute the charges with no resolve and have asked on several occasions for any paperwork outlining my plan to be sent. I have been told several times that no paperwork is in the system. I have also received a letter saying that my account is delinquent..... When inquiring about this, I was told that no one has serviced my home since November of 2017. If no one has serviced my home since November of 2017 and I am being charged XX-XXX dollars every month... 1. How am I delinquent 2. why am I being charged if services are not being performed. Victoria (who I spoke with) stated that "we don't necessarily charge for services that were performed, we charge for services that will take place in the future."

I demand to speak with management regarding my account and want to be reimbursed for any charges that have been drawn from your company. I have signed no paperwork and agreed to none of the services that have been or "SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN" in the future according to Victoria. I suggest that your company reviews contract law prior to trying to take advantage customers in the future. I have agreed to nothing and the company has been fraudulently charging me.

I called Weedman of Nashville for a QUOTE for services, after the phone call I advised the sales representative that I was still shopping for services and I will call back should I decide to choose Weedman. I decided to go with another firm and did not return a call to Weedman. Two days later I came home to a bill on my front door for services that were provided. I called MULTIPLE TIMES and spoke to MULTIPLE people at the Nashville location to advise that I was not going to pay for services that I did NOT authorize. On all occasions I was told that I would get a return call back - which never happened. Fast forward, I received a collections notice for the services that I again, did NOT authorize. When I called the local branch I was told there was nothing they could do at this point and I would have to pay the balance with the collection company. Seeing as this was reported to my credit, I was left with no other option. Worst experience I have EVER had with a lawn care service. And to top it off, the daybefore I received the collections notice I received a call from the sales team asking if I would like service again - HARD NO!!!!

I have been a Weed Man customer for the past 3 years and have been very pleased with the results. It has taken some time to get the results, but I have found Weed Man to always be polite, helpful and attentive to my concerns. I will continue to do business with them in the future.
