On July 3,I spoke with that customer and informed him that, I would send him a new set of ink cartridges for free by next day mail He said that would be fine but on July 8th or so he called back stating he wanted a refund for the wrong set I told him that I could not issue a refund since I did send you some for freeIf I gave you a refund it would be like you getting them for free across the broad I really thought that would have fixed the issue but the customer was still unhappy and stated he wanted a refund or he would contact the Revdex.comI said go ahead cause there was nothing I did that was wrong!!!!! Thanks for your time, have a great day!!!!!

On [redacted] **, [redacted] came into Hair Gallery and I put Hair Extensions in for her upcoming weddingI gave her instructions on how to care for them and what products to use when she was leaving the salon she showed two other stylist in the shop her hair and told them how much she loved it She (Mrs [redacted] ) called me on *-**-(weeks and days) after getting the extensions and said that she had called [redacted] *** extension company and that they told her they were not real hair and not their productsTheir is no way they would have told her that over the phone without seeing the hair and analyzing itThe hair I put in for her was real hair Mrs [redacted] did not have any issues with her hair until after the wedding and then called and demanded her money backIt is my opinion that she used them for her wedding and then wanted her money backShe never came back in the salon to let me see if there was a problem with the hair or give me a chance to fix it if there was oneI have been a stylist for years and have never had a problem like this.I strive to be professional and maintain a high level of service to my customers.She did not give me a chance to fix the problem or even see if there was a problem so therefore I will not refund her money The owner of Hair Gallery is in no way responsible for the problems between myself and Mrs [redacted] .I am self employeed and pay Booth Rental Hair Stylist*** [redacted]

Mr*** came in with a service engine light onOn November 4, 2014, Invoice #35170, we smoked tested and diagnosed customer's vehicleUpon
diagnosis we found that the vehicle had a code of Pwhich is an Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Valve/Solenoid Circuit Malfunction codeWe found that the canister purge solenoid was leaking so we replaced the solenoidOn November 10, 2014, Invoice #35237, Mr*** came back in because his check engine light had come on againAfter further inspection, diagnosis, and testing we found that the evap vent solenoid was cracked and leakingIt showed signs of moisture intrusion which caused corrosion inside the valve causing it to freezeThis resulted in a crack in the plastic housing leading to the evap leakWe replaced the canister vent solenoidSince Mr*** had just been in, we did not charge him for labor, diagnosis or testingWe only charged for the part
Mr*** came back in on January 19, 2015, approximately weeks later, not three days, with his service engine light on again, Invoice #We took it back in and diagnosed his vehicle againIt came back with a Pcode which is an sensor exhaust oxygen codeThis code is unrelated to the previous codeWe told the customer that we could do further diagnosis to find out what was causing the problemMr*** said that he did not want to get into that and walked out the doorThe owner, MrTroyer went out and told Mr*** that there would be a charge for the diagnosisMr*** became upset and said that he wasn't going to give us any more moneyMrTroyer told Mr*** to go ahead and go
What Mr*** failed to understand is that a check engine light can come on for a thousand different= codesA check engine light can come on at any time for any reasonThat is why we use tools to diagnose those codesWe do not agree that we owe Mr*** moneyWe found the problem and fixed the problemMr*** was upset because his vehicle had another issue, over two months later which was out of our control or fault

      I really thought that would have fixed the issue but the customer was still unhappy and stated he wanted a refund or he would contact the Revdex.com. I said go ahead cause there was nothing I did that was wrong!!!!!

Mrs [redacted] did not have any issues with her hair until after the wedding and then called and demanded her money back. It is my opinion that she used them for her wedding and then wanted her money back. She never came back in the salon to let me see if there was a problem with the hair or give me a chance to fix it if there was one. I have been a stylist for 15 years and have never had a problem like this.I strive to be professional and maintain a high level of service to my customers.She did not give me a chance to fix the problem or even see if there was a problem so therefore I will not refund her money.
