We have already responded to the customer previously on Google Plus.  We had set up several appointments for pool work, but the customer kept cancelling by email and did not arrange new dates/times.  We contacted him several times by both email and phone asking when he would like to...

schedule some time.  He never got back to us.  We of course try to accommodate our customers the best we can, however there has been no communication to us with regards to scheduling this class and pool work.  We were and still are willing to work with him on scheduling the class and pool work to help him become a certified diver.  The customer states we weren’t a “good fit” but he won’t elaborate or explain what he means.  Please let us know if you need anything else from us.  Thank you,Sincerely,[redacted]  Here is the link to the Google plus and I have copied it here as well.Scuba Professionals of ArizonaShared publicly  -  Jul 29, 2015 We are sorry that you are unhappy with our company.  We always strive to work with our customers in any way possible to make them happy while staying within our company policies. On June 22, 2015 you spoke to one of our store managers by phone asking questions about our classes and what we offer.  You stated you were comparing us to other facilities you had already spoken to.  The phone call lasted for close to 30 minutes. During this call, we informed you about our class schedule, talked about our facility and pool, free pool practice available for students, refund policies and how the digital reading materials needed to be completed prior to class. You called back later that day and informed us that this was the class for you and paid for the digital materials.  After having reflected further, on July 15, 2015 you enrolled for the class and open water certifications.   At this point, we again informed you about our refund policy. You arrived for class on July 21st. This class was taught by one of our most experienced Instructors with over 40 years of teaching experience and had a total of 4 students in the class.  We organize small classes so our students get more individual time with the Instructor for both the classroom and most importantly - the pool.  During this class session class folders and paperwork were completed by you, also stating that Course fees were non-refundable.  Thursday, July 23rd you emailed stating we were not a good fit for you and asked about a refund.  You spoke to both store managers this day who both assured you that we were willing to work with you to resolve this situation.  The refund policy had been communicated to you twice before you decided to sign up.  You still wouldn’t tell us what you were unhappy about.  We contacted the other students in class to see if there was a problem.  They all stated everything was great – no problems. We offered you to finish your training privately for no additional cost, and you agreed.  We are of course unhappy about this review since we were trying to work with you to find a good solution for you.  The review was posted on Thursday, July 23rd at the same time we were communicating with you to find a good solution for you, which included offering private classes at no additional charge. We hope you can contact us directly so we can move forward and assist you in obtaining your Open Water Certification.  Show less[redacted] reviewed:Scuba Professionals of Arizona[redacted], United StatesI would stay as far away as possible!!! This was the worst experience that I have had, after having several conversations...they informed me that they are not going to refund my money I've only attended 1 class. They never informed me of their refund policy. STAY AWAY.
