Review: 15 years ago I entered into a lease purchase agreement with Scully for a propane tank. After 15 years of payments they now claim there was no such agreement but cannot produce any documentation to the contrary or after many calls cannot explain to me why. They continue to charge me this year for rental charges after I told them I was not paying any more charges going forward. None of my caqlls were answered last year to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: I want know why now after 15 years of being a customer and after I questioned our agreement, they have no record of the agreement we entered into, why they are denying we had an agreement. I am finished doing any business with this company and want them to remove their tank from my property since whi it is here they continue to charge me even after I told them I was not paying any additional charges last year. They just continue to send me bills.

We have never had contracts or lease agreements for these types of tanks (120 gallon and smaller, above ground tanks). Furthermore, we have never had or planned on having any type of agreement that would surrender our equipment to the consumer, after paying rent for any period of time. We do allow the consumer to purchase their tank at any time that they desire to do so, but their rental payments have no bearing on the purchase. **. [redacted] claims to have signed an agreement, but he cannot produce it. We cannot produce it, or anyone else's, simply because we do not use, have, or intend to use them.
