The issues really could be under Billing, Delivery and customer service.I bought my trophy on January 18th I paid $for my trophyThe trophy I bought already had the front plate designed, the only thing left was to put it on the trophyOn their website it says it will take 3-days before it ships outAfter purchasing it, I did not receive any confirmation from them until a week laterI tried calling, but no one answers or returns phone callsI received an email from them on Feburary 2nd saying the trophy would be sent outI had sent a few emails asking if they could make the graphic bigger, they never answered that questionI told them how disappointed I was in their process and they responded back saying sorry, but the trophy will be sent that weekI never received the trophy and began emailing them on the 5th,8th and 10th for updates but never received an emailI finally received a call on February 10thThe person I spoke with said sorry for the delay, the trop
