Anyone who buys a car from Orr Cadillac Hot Springs needs to make sure that they are not purchasing options that their car does not haveIt is unlikely that I'm the only customer that was deceivedAsk the bank for the dealer book out sheet that is sent to them estimating the value of your purchase(The customer rarely sees this)Orr Cadillac fraudulently misrepresented the value of my car to the bank at the time of purchase listing options such as a sun roof to trick the bank into paying more for the car than it was worthThe dealer book out sheet was brought to my attention when my car was totaled and requested payment from the auto gap companyThe book out sheet listed that my car had a sun roof, aluminum alloy wheels, power seating, and stereo system that my car clearly did not havedollars worth of options that I had to justify to the gap company why the car insurance was not liable for payment of options my car did not haveNow I'm still waiting for a refund on the extended warranty that was supposed to be submitted months ago

I went to Orr looking to purchase a good vehicle to last me a long timeI saved up and walked onto the lot with $20,cash to purchase a vehicle out rightBeing a young, decent looking female, I was nervous I would be taken advantage of but never thought it would be as bad as it wasI was talked into purchasing a protection plan that was already covered on the standard vehicle warrantyThey were very careful to keep me in the dark about the standard warranty that the vehicle already came with which covered everything they sold meThat cost me $1,extra and yes, I realize had I educated myself, I could have avoided thatHowever, it gets worseI was also talked into financing the vehicleI just graduated high school so I thought this was a good idea to help me build creditHowever, I was told at a later date that they only did that because they didn't think I would keep up with the payments and that they were planning on repoing my carHow sweet of themTo further my complaint, I purchased the vehicle in February and was not able to get tags on my vehicle until June because they "lost" the titleInstead, they kept rewriting temp tags for me totaling different temporary tags because they didn't have their act togetherIt turns out, they didn't have the title before they sold the car to meAfter all that headache, I continued to receive text messages from the men there which were not business related, to the extent that I had to block their numbersOh, and icing on the cake? The man that did my financial paperwork asked me to take a photo of him with my cashHow professional

Now I'm still waiting for a refund on the extended warranty that was supposed to be submitted 4 months ago.

Over the years my husband and I have purchased six vehicles from Orr Cadillac. The team has always gone above and beyond to help us find the perfect vehicle to fit our families needs. It's not often that you find people that truly care, and not just ones that want to sell you the vehicle and make some money off of you. It is been quite the luxury working with all of them. Every time we have purchased a vehicle we have called and given specific details about what we're looking for all the way down to color, entertainment system, and price range. If we have ever had any problems or simply just have questions everyone always seems to be there to help. I feel comfortable in saying that we will never purchase another vehicle from any other dealership. Even if we decide to not drive a Cadillac, they are sure to find whatever vehicle we are interested in.
