A few hours later [redacted] ’s husband called the salon and spoke to ***At first he was calmAnd after [redacted] expressed to him multiple times that she told [redacted] multiple times what the outcome MAY beHe then started to be extremely rude to [redacted] and bullied her for the money back [redacted] then called me and told me the situation [redacted] is an EXTREMELY talented coloristAnd she is ALWAYS upfront and honest with all of her clients that sit in her chairIt is a well known fact that taking dark hair to a platinum color is almost NEVER achieved in one session of lighteningThe amount of harassment [redacted] has received from this person and her family and friends via social media is almost borderline criminal [redacted] willfully paid for this service without listening to ***, the professional [redacted] used a lot of product and hours of her time to try and achieve this color, while knowing it may not turn out “platinum”
