On 4.8.2020, I ordered a one piece of merchandise from scummy bears which was a mask. I contacted them twice after waiting 3 - 4 weeks for my order. They have yet to contact me back and as of right now they're not doing any returns. I have tried cancelling my order before it arrives because I'm not getting stuck with something I don't want anymore. I have yet to even get confirmation my product has shipped or any tracking number for that matter.
