Went to The DL for New Years Eve eventWent the year before as well and had a totally different experience As a group of we all purchased the Rooftop Ultra VIP tickets for $a piece and expected "club seating" as labeled online and would be the same seating we had the previous year Our group of people were given chair in our "reserved seating' area There was no separation from those who purchased the General Admission ticket which was well over $lessThe General Admission guests were standing up against us as the floor was too packed and sat in our seated area then continued to put their empty glasses on our reserved bottle service tableThe way it was set up and expected from the previous New Years Eve, VIP had their own section roped off from everyone else and enough seating to wrap couches around each individual table

I came to your establishment on June *** to celebrate ny brothers birthdayAs I was standing in line there were two lines so I figured one was VIP or a reserved line and one was regular admissionAs we waited first in line due to there being no line at all the bodyguard (white bald headed man in black suit) called a group of people to walk ahead of us to gain admissionOut of my group I spoke out and asked the bodyguard why were they allowed inHe ignored meI asked and asked until he responded and he said "wait your turn, they are getting in now"What type of response is that ? I complained that he could give us more of an explanation and I didn't understand and as my group told me just to wait I said to myself fine we will just wait and enter shortlyThe bodyguard then came to my fiancé and sister and asked them, "are you with him?" They responded yes, he opened the line toward the street and said "no admission for you all"I instantly became pissed and said "your not letting us in, are you serious?" He just sat quiet and walked awayThis is the most racist load of *** I have ever incountered at an establishmentHow do you judge a person is not fit to walk into your business because I want to know why I was skippedIf they got in on a seperate line, different, but no explanation and just kicking us off the lineThe worst service and position of power service I have ever been through and I will never give you any of my moneyThat's how your employees conduct business and treat paying customersThen a baldhead *** with glasses, I don't know what he was, supervisor, was called and he didn't fix the issue just agree on the decision gave me no reason other then they are on the guest listThe worst employeesYour business and employees are not above anyone, you can make decisions and run your business how you want but to treat customers ooorly like I can't bring revenue to your business is ridiculous and out of lineNever would I recommend this business and never would I allow employees to run my business the way you enable these employees to run itThe DL is not above reproach and needs to be revamped with training and better employeesWe posed no treat, were not belligerent and were appropriately dressed and ready to bring profit to your businessThumbs down and would never recommendDo better and tell your employees not to judge, antagonize or treat customers and badly as these gentleman did this evening
