SD Mustang Accessories

Review: I ordered a keyless entry remote from Ed Hidalgo, owner of SD Mustang Accessories (sdmustangaccessories.com) When it arrived, it had marks on it as if it had been chewed up by a dog. ** assured me that he did not send me the remote in that condition. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that it was a mistake. He assured me that he checks and tests each item he ships. Unfortunately, it did arrive in that condition. He said my dog must have chewed on it, yet I do not have a dog, and it looked like that the second I pulled it out of the package. Furthermore, when I went to program it anyways after Ed refusing to back down on a replacement or refund, it did not work. Surely he does not inspect and test each item he ships, or else this would have never happened. After seeing no feasible solution while talking to Ed via email, phone and text, and having him completely ignore all attempts at communicating with him, I took my isse to an online forum where he advertises his business. He publicly ridiculed me and called me a liar and a scammer. He even went as far as to ban my IP address from accessing his website. All I wanted was a refund or better yet, a replacement, and this was too much to ask of **.Desired Settlement: Refund or replacement. It doesn't matter to me either way. I just want to see him make the situation right. Unfortunately, it does not seem like he is willing to do so.
