Review: Purchased 2 person tub from decorate by [redacted] on 2/26/2014. Item shipped and received on 3/12/2014 by buyer. When crate was opened we immediately noticed visual damage to one of the pieces to the drain or jets. We took a picture and immediately sent to the seller, 4 days passed and never received a response. We then followed up again and seller stated they would send a replacement part, however we requested a refund at this point because we didn't know what else was wrong and spent $1900 on a quality product. The seller and manufacture stated they would send a replacement part and disregarded the fact we wanted to return the product. Twice they told us they sent a replacement part and it was never received. After many emails the seller stated not to deal with him anymore and needed to deal with SD Sauna. The customer service at this point was completely unsatisfactory and went down hill from here. After a week of going back and fourth the seller and manufacturer agreed to returning the product with no restocking fee and paying for shipping and handling for the refund, as long we didn't post negative feedback regarding their company's. Wes from SD Sauna set up 2 pick ups of the product with BOL being sent to me to give to driver of the freight company. The first BOL was bogus, as no one showed up within the 4 hr window I was told, and after calling the freight company, SD Sauna never set up a pick up and the company would never have been capable of picking up the product. Two days after another pick up was scheduled with a 4 hr window, the driver came, however this shipping company was unable to pick up the product either. In addition, when speaking to the freight company, I confirmed the shipping charges were to be paid by the seller and the paperwork did not state this. I spoke to this company and they stated they didn't have the proper equipment to pick up the tub either. I requested from SD Sauna to use the same company who delivered the product and they stated the company only does residential delivery and not pick ups. When I contacted the original delivery company they stated this was not true and they can do residential pick ups, especially since they delivered the product. After again reaching out to Decorate by [redacted], of the unprofessional service I was receiving, the GM [redacted] referred me to SD Sauna. They requested pictures again, and when reviewed on their end they not only questioned if this was the same tub they sent and saw crated the day earlier, but proceeded to tell me the crate and skid it was on was damaged and this is what the shipping company told them. I reached out to the shipping company again, and he clearly stated this was not true, they didn't have the correct equipment to pick up the shipment, and SD Sauna was suppose to get back to them and never did. When I finally got in touch with Wes yet again, I started to sum up all the lies and miscommunication he has given me and was hung up on. Before being hung up on, he verbally stated he was going to charge me a restocking fee and we would need to pay for the shipping back to him. To top it off Wes threatened to post negative feedback regarding my personal business on the internet. At this point we reached out to PayPal for assistance and filed a claim. Long story short after speaking with PayPal they stated we needed to esculate with the Revdex.com because the seller was now giving them conflicting information. At this time we are out $1900, a hot tub which is not the quality we purchased, and the sellers not complying with what they said they were going to do. There are multiple complaints now posted with the Revdex.com regarding the same problem and some instances the same product over the last few months, and presently have an F rating. Paypal will release any information regarding this complaint and we also have all emails and pictures sent documented and could provide if needed. After conducting more research we have found the seller goes under multiple name as does the manufacturer.Desired Settlement: The desired settlement is 100% refund and the seller to pay for the shipping costs back. This process needs to be done ASAP as we started this conversation with the sellers over a month ago now and had the tub ready for shipment on 4/7/2014.

Review: I purchased a two person jet tub from this company back in May of 2013. When it was installed in our master bedroom in September of 2013, everything worked with the exception of the volume control on the main panel. Wes communicated with me back and forth for a short while trying to troubleshoot this issue. It was determine that the main panel needed to be replaced. Wes was sending one to my address directly from the factory. This was in September. I have emailed Wes numerous times (at least 15 times) and have not gotten a response as of yet I am unable to leave a message when I do call due to his mailbox being full. It is very frustrating when you purchase a product and cannot receive any quality customer care, not to mention use it. I have yet to hear back from this company or receive this product.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive this main panel in order to fully utilize our product that we purchased.

Review: We purchase a 2 person tub from eBay. It came and easy as pictured. I was told bony else complained it wasn't a big deal!! Then we spend lots of time and money trying to get the tub to stop leaking, the lights to work, and the hoses to stop coming disconnected.Desired Settlement: We are now seeking half of the purchase price for all the aggregation, money, and time wasted

Review: In November 2012, I purchased a shower system from sd saunas. It arrived in mid December 2012. When it arrived, the roof of the shower had a hole in it about the size of a softball and the tub was scratched. After I received the damaged merchandise I called [redacted], the manager at sd saunas, To see about some kind of refund or something. When I called him,I sent pictures of the damage. He tried to offer me $200 and I turned it down. The reason I turned it down was because I paid $3000 for this shower system. After I turned down the $200, he said that they would send me a new roof. I accepted his offer. I understood that the new roof would take a while to get there because it had to be shipped from China. The roof never arrived, so after about three months, I contacted [redacted] again. This time, it was like he had completely forgotten about me and my situation. He said again that he would send a new roof. So I would contact him about every 3 months to see what was going on. Every time he acted like he couldn't remember who I was. Just recently, I contacted him and negotiated with him that we would be sent a refund check of $250. The check has yet to arrive and it has been almost a month. The ONLY reason I settled for that small amount of money is because I was tired of waiting on the new roof. I believe that as a customer of there's spending that much money for their product, I should be treated much better than that. My wife and I really enjoy our shower, but I think we deserve to have it in order. My wife and I will probably be doing more business with SD Saunas in the future, but not if this issue isn't resolved.Desired Settlement: For having to wait for over a year with a damaged shower, I am first requesting $500 in refund and would also like a professional to be sent to make sure that nothing else has been damaged because of the initial roof damage. I think that is fair. I have waited long enough.

Review: I bought a vibration machine in 12/14/2012 and received in 01/2013. The machine work ed for four (4) months only. The engine of the machine burnt down after four months of utilization. I reached out to SD Sauna and they are unwilling to help me fix it. They sent me a new engine but I don't know how to place it inside the machine. I tried to ship the machine back to SD Sauna so they can replace the burnt engine but I can't afford to ship the machine back to them. It would cost me $700 to ship it back. I asked SD Sauna to ship me another new machine to replace the one I have and they don't want to help.

SD Sauna customer services stop with anything that request their help. I am now stuck with a machine that is broken since April 2013 and they don't care whether the machine works or not. The machine was bought with 2 year warranty.Desired Settlement: I want SD Sauna to ship me another vibration machine so I can return the broken one to them.

Review: Purchased an outdoor sauna that had a 5 year warranty. The Roof is leaking and delaminating. Contacted Wes with the company about roof repairs under the warranty.They said they could help and would pass along photos to manufacturer. I have sent photos. Never heard from SD sauna again. I have sent numerous emails and texts. Without roof repairs this sauna will soon be of no value and or become a safety issue with rain water coming in onto 220volt electricity in the roof.Desired Settlement: Repair the roof by sending new roof panels or replace with proper pressurized materials. This is a manufacturer problem.
