SD wheel corp was negligent in sending the improper length lug bolt and negligent in providing no literature or warning to notify me that they were not the proper lengthThey failed to send the correct color and length and didn't bother to ask if chrome was okay instead of blackI had to call to find out where the lug bolts were for they didn't ship with the wheelsHad they shipped with the wheels this situation may have been avoided for I took the wheels to discount tire to have my tires mounted on the wheels and planned to have the wheels mounted but didn't have the lug boltsThey say this occurred to installer errorI claim it is 100% the improper length of the lug bolt with zero communication from SD warning that they might not be the proper lengthAt this point I feel we will find out in small claims court who is right

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was given information at the beginning at inhibited me from making the best customer decisionIn an email before I purchased I sent what HD Wheel would send in a lug kit and asked if I would receive the same from SD Wheel CorpI was comparing because I wanted to make sure I would get the same items for the price differenceI chose SD Wheel Corp because I was told I would receive the sameI was not told about the existence of the hub centric rings being availableI was not aware they were not included as standard practiceCustomers should be offered exactly as they would receive through the manufacturer company, and be given all the information available to make the more intelligent purchaseBecause I was not given the hub centric rings, offered them, or even made aware of the existence of these hub centric rings, I was sold a product that was a failure from the beginningI feel SD Wheel Corp scammed me out of my money by withholding vital information that would have influenced my decision to purchase through them and would have not caused me unnecessary visits to the mechanic, tires now that I have to replace them before I would have needed to, and all the time and energy spent trying to receive answers and originator of the issues to my car that I have incurredThe absence of the hub centric rings has caused my wheel to not fit properly and caused my tires to wear out sooner than would have had the wheels fit properly and this could have all been avoided had SD Wheel Corp included the hub centric rings from the beginningI do not believe SD Wheel Corp is ignorant of the fact that HD Wheel Corp includes the rings, and that there exists the possibility that the "lug centric wheels" are not a true perfect fit for 100% of the vehicles that they will be put on and that is why they always include the hub centric rings in their lug kits (which are always free)Sending the hub centric rings does not correct the issues I have had, it is only so that I will not have the issues in the futureI do believe that SD Wheel Corp has unethical business practices Sincerely, [redacted]

I am sorry, but we are unable to give out free tires after driving on the wheels for years. We helped the best we could with sending out free hubrings
as requested, but we are not responsible for the customer driving on the wheels for the last years without reporting an issue. We have a day return policy, and would have been able to help with your issue within this time frame, but unfortunately years passing by is far beyond the window. We can make special exceptions in special cases and maybe extend it to days, but this sale is over days old, and is far beyond the acceptable limit for a return/claim like this
