I am rejecting this response because:
The business previously reviewed their error and after
some discussion we came to a mutually agreed upon resolution. After the attached email was sent to me, I found that they did not deliver on this agreement either. I'm not sure if there is anything further that Revdex.com can do to assist. I just wanted to make sure I shared what the initial agreement was with this company, the error that was made by their representative initially and then another failure to follow through on yet another agreement. They stopped returning my calls and emails and even when the District Office attempted to follow up with them, there was a delay in responding. Thank you
