This message is in response to Complaint # [redacted] , for which we have received a notification that it has been closed as ‘unresolved’, and would like to respectfully ask for it to be re-openedWe have attempted to speak with the customer multiple times over the past few months to assure satisfaction and to follow up on any additional concernsThe latest being Monday, March 6thIn which, my office manager left a voicemail on her brother, [redacted] , the holder of the contract’s cell phoneShe received no response backI have attached a picture of her call log to this e-mailWe were finally contacted by Ms [redacted] , last Wednesday, March 15th, and our office scheduled a roofer to go out to her property the following day, Thursday, March 16thHe completed all necessary repairs We would be more than happy to address any additional concerns the customer has, but as far as the ac & heater issue, Shelter Pro is not at fault and to our knowledge, the problem has been resolved

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Please do not close out my complaint. I am still trying to resolve the ac and heater issue with Shelter Pro. Not sure why I should have to pay for an ac service call since Shelter Pro told me that the heater furnace pipe was damaged.. Also one of their roofers had to come into the house to re position the pipe while they were still putting the roof on! I believe THEY damaged it . Should I be out of pocket for Their mistake? Also no word from them about replacing The water stained ceiling tiles from the first TWO leaks. Thank You, [redacted]

spoke with *** ***,he stated he agreed to meet the air conditioning co.out at the address as soon as customer would arrange and get back to us.have yet to hear back from customer but though this Revdex.com notification

We are pending the build completion of both skylights from Allied SkylightsBoth are being made from scratch, including frames, and once completed we will be able to schedule the replacement; the homeowners will be notified once we have a completion date and we will schedule a day to get them
installedPer our conversation with ***, we have collectively agreed to remove the shed from the contract so that the *** can allow the contractor they've selected to remove, dispose, order & build the metal shed for the total insurance allowance, the cost of which has been deducted from the balanceOnce the skylights have been completed the chimney cap will be replaced at the same time the skylights are installedWe have spoken with *** (subcontractor) regarding the gutters - he had completed a portion of the work on the back of the house and was under the impression that was all that was left to be completed due to a misrepresentation of the location of the gutters on the scope of work (work listed gutters on front & back elevations - gutters are actually on back and right elevations.) He has since contacted the homeowner to schedule a day & time to inspect the work left to be completed and finish the remaining work

A new representative called me the same day as the complaint and asked if he could come out that same day.  I advised him I...

was working late so he set an appointment for Wednesday of the next week due to he would be out of town until then. He agreed to come out at 6pm but did not show up until 7:15 pm.  He took the screen and had it repaired to specifications and it now fits correctly in my window with no gaps. All is well now. Please post a complaint and resolution as well as a customer review.  Thanks

This message is in response to Complaint # [redacted], for which we have received a notification that it has been closed as ‘unresolved’, and would like to respectfully ask for it to be re-opened. We as an installer rely on Manufacturing and distribution to service our needs for our customers. The hailstorms that affected San Antonio damaged 175,000 homes which is a combination of three hail storms. The roof is complete and the customer is happy.

roof was done by former salesman not run though shelter pro inc.still trying to help out  homeowner even though we did not do job.
