Review: On March **, 2014, I contacted SDI Coinmach to placed $50.00 on my card, the money was taken from my debit card but no money was placed on my card, the agency refused to gave me my money. I conacted the following person:

The customer was requested to show proof of the transaction since the information she provided over the phone did not show any financial transaction. Once [redacted] provided the official bank statement as requested she was issued an instant refund for the $50. She was emailed the information and a thank you email was received back from her.

Review: In January 2015 two wash cards were turned in personally to Sdi laundry solutions because they switched machine companies. The two cards that were turned in had a total of $23.25 in which [redacted] stated that I would receive a refund. To date April *, 2015 I still haven't received a refund.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund for $23.25

Review: SDI Laundry Solutions has made promises to replace existing Dryers in our building that are old, well past their life-expectancy and not functioning anymore. I, our Coop Board President, our Laundry Committee, our Building Manager and Shareholders alike have all been requesting service and help in obtaining functioning new machines, as promised by [redacted] from SDI Laundry Solutions but all of our efforts have been ignored. This problem has been ongoing for years now and [redacted] came to our building toward the end of April, 2013 to offer a solution. He promised that he would help us with new dryers initially and then begin to replace all of the washers which date back to 1996 and are not accounted for in our contract. Rather than coming through with his word, he has written to let us know that we must renew our contract until 2021 in order to talk about new machines. In the last four days alone, we have received 11 complaints for non functioning washers and dryers and nothing has been done. This is a constant pattern of neglect.Desired Settlement: All machines in our laundry room need to be replaced for new dryers and washers, as promised and as is required for the health and quality of life of our building. If the old, broken machines are not replaced for promised new machines, we, the shareholders and residents of [redacted] wish to remove SDI Solutions from our premises and hold them in default of their contract (Chapter 11) for not maintaining and servicing our laundry machines.

Review: I have a laundry room in the basement of my building which is great. The way to pay for the laundry is through the use of a card system that can only be loaded with certain amounts when it is done through the internet. The alternate solution is use the touch dial command prompt system. Which worked for awhile. Through the use of the phone system you were able to lad the laundry card with a denomination of ten dollars as opposed to the internet which only allows you to load the card with the lowest denomination being twenty. I, myself, and many of my neighbors pretty much live hand to mouth. The budget I am working with constantly have to be re-fitted to meet my current needs.

sometimes the difference between ten dollars and twenty dollars can be huge. So I have come to rely on the phone system a little bit more.

For the past four months the phone system has been running defectively. Maddeningly enough, it seems to work when you start the process of loading the card, but then it begins to malfunction. I talked to customer service once when I first encountered the problem and then once again after ssome time had passed. they offered no foreseeable resolution. I find this very hard to accept. I am more than willing to use the service they are offering, seeing as it is "The only way" to use the laundry room in my building. They have offered me a service that "sort of" meets my needs, and then refused to maintain that service for an open ended period of time. This seems very wrong to me.Desired Settlement: Fix the phone system. please. acknowledge that you are in the customer service industry by providing the service you outline.

Review: I live in an apartment complex in Mount Kisco, NY that features Laundry Machines by SDI Laundry Solutions. They are constantly broken down or break down often. It is a major inconvenience to do laundry with their laundry machines. As of recent years not all the machines have been working. I can't remember the last time every machine worked. Many people have raised similar complaints.Desired Settlement: I believe the Machines are faulty and need to be replaced. If they keep breaking down constantly it only points to one solution. I complete replacement of faulty machines. If not I will settle for better maintenance but I doubt that will happen. I understand there have been cutbacks to their business. We shouldn't be at fault because of that.

We are going to make some changes to the vent system and the machines needed some parts replaced and cleaned. We will review other options with the manager.

Review: I have called this company on numerous occasions about their lack of timely repair issues. It takes them months to fix washing machines that are located on the second floor of the building I reside in. I called on Sunday September [redacted] at 6:30 p.m and spoke to a customer service agent named [redacted]. She stated that it would take 24-48 hours for repair. As of today September [redacted] they are not working. There are 4 washers and only 1 has worked for the past 2 weeks. This is an ongoing broken machine problem. Every week at least 1 is out of order and if I wait 1 more week 2 or more are out of order. This company is a joke when it comes to service. The machines do not work properly and take your money. The machines leave the clothes completely soaked and I end up spending twice or triple in washing and drying.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to repair the machines in a timely manner.

Review: The building laundry room has 7 machines and for last 2 months or so only 2 machines is working. Myself and other tenants have report the company. And they still have not fix the machines

Review: After losing my laundry card, SDi Laundry solutions failed to provide me with good service. Upon requesting a replacement laundry card, correspondence was slow, taking up to 5 days for a response to emails sent. After a week's time, I still have not received a replacement card. In addition, I requested that my funds from the lost card be transferred to my new card and was told that was not possible. The system is a computerized one. One in which you are able to monitor the status of the washing machine you just used your card in. I was told they could not transfer funds because they cannot track balances on the card. It seems to me that if they can send you a text message to let you know your laundry is done, based on when you used your card and in what machine, they should be able to tell you how much money is on that card.Desired Settlement: I would like the funds that were left on my old card to be transferred to my replacement card, or a credit given to my account.

The best I was able to do is search your transaction on the revalue system since you were a registered user. Your usage is $50 every other month.
