Dustin Morgan came to my house to sell me some cleaning solutions. I tried it on different cleaning projects and it did not work. I called him and he said he would come by noon 3-24-12 to refund my money and pick up the cleaner. He did not come and I saw him uptown. He told me he would get my money 3-26-12 at bank. I haven't seen him since then.
