SDR Cleaning Services out of Cornelius was great in the beginning...then things went downhill fastThey don't dust and they do not like to empty trashThey forgot to do something major each time they were here either vacuum a portion of the house or mop floorsIf you do call to complain, the owner will be quick to let you know that in her 20+ years of operation she has NEVER had ANY complaintsThat should be a huge red flagI find that super difficult to believeThey cancelled on me one week with no replacement team (due to a "cleaning seminar" is there really such a thing?) and then didn't show the following weekApparently the team (the ENTIRE team) was "sick"I called to complain and they dumped meThey are unreliable and very poor communicatorsI have had housekeepers for my entire life and these were bar-none the worstDon't waste your money!

I have them come on a biweekly schedule and it is great. All the ladies are wonderful and friendly. I have referred them to all my friends. You will not be disappointed!!!
Wow, what a moving adventure. Not moving quilts, just used a little plastic wrap around drawers and some not at all, they do not cover the furniture and then push it together in the truck . My furniture was not strapped in the truck to hold it during moving. My sofa, rug and other furniture was sit on the patio for hours before loading and they damaged a few pieces. They was going to us my sofa cushions to pad furniture and they put them on the floor of the moving truck. I told them that was not going to happen and under their arms they went and then again to carry them in to my new place.
One guy [redacted], wanted baby powder (yes, for what a guy would need it for), I told him I would get it, however he was looking in my bathroom cabinet himself.
I had to ask them to wash their hands after making themselves at home to use my bathroom. My furniture is fabric and that is nasty! If they are going to handle peoples stuff that is a given.
A waste of time and money to get my carpet at the new place cleaned. They do not know what a rug is for as well.
I was told four guys would be sent to get the move done faster as to save money. It took hours."
They do not make good on furniture damage. Took a little off, "BUT", I was given the same price because the guy ",SAYS", he added it up wrong. It was well over what I was told!
[redacted], was the best of all, he is a hard worker.
Use them at your owe "RISK"! Should have just held a sign up to get moving help.
