This person's complaint is completely opinion based and has nothing to do with the facts CONTRACTUALLY our company has provided ALL of its required services, products and customer support This customer is simply "offended" for some reason and our business dealings with her do not encompass her feelings We have done EVERYTHING in our power to satisfy her and we have completed ALL legal and contractual obligations in perfect form Remove the complaint from our file

I do understand the BRE added the new requirement after I attended the seminar, but what does a lifetime membership mean to this business? I will not sit in a day seminar to just satisfy one additional courseAfter the abusive and insulting manner of the representative, why would I attend another seminar of this disrespectful business?! I ask Revdex.com not to remove the complaint from the site, this is not a "bogus" complaint as this person has called itMr*** *** emails have been submitted to BRE and many other RealtorsThe other legal measures are in processThis is their last chance to submit an apology and a full refund--if not received in weeks, other legal actions will be taken My complaint is mostly about the matter of Principle not just monetary resultsThis is my final reply.thank you

This customer purchased a ticket to our seminar for Real Estate License renewal in 2014, they attended our seminar, received EVERYTHING stated in the contract and a full renewal for the California Bureau of Real Estate's requirements upon attending We have satisfied all aspects of what this
person has purchased and made good on all charges in accordance with the purchase contract, agreements and contractual obligations We have done so in a professional manner and this customer has been denied none of what they bought at any time This customer simply didnt receive "exactly the customer service" they wanted and hung up the phone on our customer service representative The problem this person is having is the California Bureau of Real Estate has ADDED new course requirements that this customer is responsible for, in July of Since this customer took our course in 2014, they do not have this new course since it was not in existence when they completed our program Now, in 2017, they are lacking this new course that was added in 2016, and the customer is angry that we didnt provide it Which is impossible, since when they completed the program, there was no such thing and no such requirement.This customer is simply disgruntled based on the fact that the California Bureau of Real Estate now is requiring them to add this new course and they do not have it...but they blame THE CAREER COMPASS for this deficiency We reminded the customer that they can re-attend our seminar, get the new course, have everything they need to renew their license...FREE of charge This simply wasnt good enough for this customer, so instead they decided to file a bogus complaint with the Revdex.com This complaint is completely baseless simply based on the facts stated above We have done everything in our power to satisfy the customer, but no efforts short of rewinding time and retroactively getting the customer the course in even though it didnt exist, is going to be good enough If there was any complaint to be made, it should be against the California Bureau of Real Estate They added the course this person is now responsible for...not our company. We FORMALLY request this complain to be denied, dropped and have NO affect on our Revdex.com rating Any other course on the part of the Revdex.com is paramount to supporting and representing an erroneous complaint and a bogus accusation THANK YOU -THE CAREER COMPASS [email protected]

The complaint and account of the transaction from the customer is categorically false. None of the actual documents, records, recordings or other information we possess supports any of her claims. Her complaint has no factual basis. This customer purchased a non-refundable ticket
to a concert, seminar or sporting event. The laws regarding these contracts in the State of California are very clear and make no provision for refunds or other cancellations based on attendance or non-attendance of the event. A copy of the customers contract is attached and this customer fully accepted, signed and agreed to this contract in full. Thank you

This person purchased a NON-REFUNDABLE ticket.  The attached contract states this clearly.  There has been on breach of contract on our part.  We are in full compliance with the LEGALLY binding contract within the California.  Any reducing or affecting of our Revdex.com rating is...

illegal within the State of California and any change of rating will result in litigation towards the Revdex.com and or the complainant. The Career Compass Inc.

[I gave them authorization to bill only for myself. They asked if we knew anyone who may be interested in their services, I gave them two names. Wellington instructed us to write TBD in billing section. I took a snapshot of the form since they would not provide a receipt. On April 11, 2015 I received an email that they will refund me $198.00. I have never received my refund and can not reach a live person. On June 28, 2015 I received a email from a [redacted] they charged my card $99.00 for a third person! I have asked to speak with ANYONE at the company and not one return call. They will not offer a name in their emails who I am dealing with. There is something not right about  this company. At this point I dont know what else to do. I appreciate any help.

Our policies and contracts are IDENTICAL to any contract, purchase agreement, ticket or season ticket to a sporting even, concert or seminar.  The laws of California are very clear and very cut and dry in this regard.  We have a signed, legal, binding and appropriate contract with this customer where they agreed to the purchase, signed that they understood and agreed to the non-refund-ability of the tickets and checked a box indicating that they read, understood and agreed to the terms and provisions of the contract.  There is very little beyond this legally binding contract that we can do for this customer.  We are regulated by the State of California and we are not able to put our company's certification or licenses to do business in the state in jeopardy in order to change a legally binding contract due to the customer changing their mind or not understanding the contract they signed, agreed to and indicated they understood.  In the State of California, a written contract takes precedent over all verbal claims and disagreements.  We are sorry this customer is not satisfied, however we are operating under the very letter of the contract and we only ask the customer to do the same.  And again we do not expect this claim or complaint to be posted, referred to or used to lower or degrade our Revdex.com rating.  As to do so would be illegal in the State of California.  Thank you.
