response because: 
Steve G[redacted] is flat out lieing!  3 people wittnessed him cussing at my mother ([redacted]) & 2 people heard him call her stupid!!  Also, I ([redacted]) the "very adult daughter) NEVER once cussed at him as I do NOT cuss!  Anyone who knows me knows this.  Also, nobody was standing behind him when he broke our faucet.  AND, we told him we did not have ANY pressure in the kitchen or downstairs before he left.  HE is the one who stomped out & left the water issue unresolved.  Also, he did not use new black piping for the well.  He used the old that was already there.  The bill I submitted via fax shows the extroardinary amount he was going to charge us to put on a simple faucet.  It was an 18 minute for the 2nd plumber we had to have come back.  He never drained the tank that is part of that job.  Had he done that, we never would have had the debris come thru the entire house. We found this out from 2 other plumbers who said that is part of the job.  We do not accept this result & wish to press the issue further.  We have since heard ALOT of complaints about this man doing the same thing to other customers.  he refuses to give us a detailed bill OR to give us the serial number for our warranty records for the pump.  We would like the 400.00 refunded, a detailed bill, the serial number for the pump & an apology.  This man is lieing!!  Look at the prices he wrote on his bill that I faxed!  he refused to fix anything and left a total mess!  He wanted to charge us terribly high to make a simple fix!  Please let me know what is next.  Thanks again.

Green quoted the price of 1947.00 for the job.  I do not argue this.  I do in fact argue where he PROMISED we would have wonderful water pressure "IF" we went with the submersible water pump INSTEAD of the above ground pump like we had.  When we said we wanted the above ground pump he got very loud & said, and I quote, "Those above ground pumps are pieces of st & will need replaced every 4-5 years.  The submersible pumps will last 18-20 years & come with a 5 year warranty."  Those were his exact words.  After him PROMISING we'd have pressure, we went with the pump he suggested. He left after quoting the price to get the parts & to get his "helper."  He came back 1 1/2 hours later & was visibly upset & said his "helper developed health issues."  So I think since he had to do the dirt work himself, this is what upset him to start with.  Once he finished putting the pump in, we tried the water & told him we had no pressure.  He said "That's not my problem."  Then, he left a royal mess with the extension cord plugged in laying in water!  It took an hour & a half to clean up the flooded room & mud mess he left.  NO other business would ever think of leaving a customers home in that condition! Also, the pump room is not a difficult place to get to.  It's a separate room & the well pipe pulls very easily straight up from the pump room into the frojnt lawn.  The problem was, his helped didn't come along.  We offered to help & he refused.  he promised pressure with the water with that EXPENSIVE pump!  That is why we went with it!  He REFUSES to give us an itemized bill & tell us even what size pump he put in.  Other plumbers have told us that he most likely put too small of a pump in.  The job he did here would HAVE to include checking the pressure in the tank & draining it & making sure it had the correct air pressure in it.  It didn't.  We had another plumber come & finish the job & it was not the correct air in the tabk.  That HAS to be done when replacing the well pump.  Every plumber we have spoken to agrees to this.   This man has other complaints that we have found since researching him.  It's our fault for simply not checking PRIOR to hiring him.  BUT, even with that said, he should have finished the job he was hired to do & paid to do.  At no time did we expect or even say or imply that we expected him to do anything for free.  We simply stated that we would not pay 440.00 for him to do an 18 minute job for something HE broke!  This being the bathroom faucet.  We would buy 1, but expected him to install it.  never said for free, but NOT for 440.00!!  And we tried to get him to fix the issue with the faucets, but he stomped out.  Never said thank you.  Simply said GOODBYE.  We won't back down from this since he did not do the job for what he quoted & was PAID.  $1947.00 & he says it was cheap?  He's the most expensive guy in town.  We need an itemized bill with every part that was used, the warranty info & all papers that may go with each part.  We also need the serial number to the pump & pump size.  This pressure issue needs resolved as water barely trickles out.  1 more thing, he stated he cleaned the areators, he DID NOT!  He BROKE the 1 he tried to clean.  That's when he left!  Again, we are seeking 400.00 compensation to get another plumber to fix what he didn't do & pay us back for what we paid someone else to do after he left us high & dry, an itemized bill, the warranty & pump info & an apology as he did cuss & call Gloria "stupid."  Wittnesses to this. [redacted]
