S.E. Mechanical Heating & A/C

I had a Crown Boiler unit installed by S.E. Heating and AC ( [redacted]) about a year and a half ago. First red flag was when the system was finished a representative from the distributor was supposed to come out and program my unit, never happened. Then not only is my unit hung very poorly with 2 screws and a very loose screw but I also had 5 separate gas leaks which my unit had to be shutdown by the gas company. But now after a year and a half later I find out that the outdoor thermostat which is supposed to make my unit as efficient as possible was not only not hooked up but it was also never turned on to begin with. The unit is also " hung" on a board he installed that isn't even close to being level, all the wiring and piping was done very poorly. My gas bill is through the roof and it's supposed to be almost 96% efficient.
