I’ve reached out to Ms*** in regards to the appointmentWe suffered a tragic loss and were not able to proceed with the scheduled installationI’ve advised that we can come in tomorrow to complete all the necessary workJust waiting on a response from Ms*** on how she would like
for us to proceed

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: The Technicians arrived at my home on Thursday (12/7/2017). They were unable to complete the installation and communicated to my husband that they would return on Monday morning (today, 12/11/2017) to finish the install of the equipment. No one showed AGAIN. I have called the phone number that the technician provided 3 times and AND emailed to the office manager of SE Mechanical with no response. My desired outcome would be for the technicians to FINISH this job ASAP. The required tasks to finish the job would be to: install the second furnace and replace the downstairs thermostat.
Sincerely,
Jessica [redacted]

We have entered into an
agreement with Mr.
"Verdana","sans-serif"; font-size: 9pt; mso-themecolor: dark2;">[redacted]  intending to fulfill our obligations, but in the meantime a dispute
developed between S.E. Mechanical, Inc and the Board of Managers at 21 Kirstin
condominium building.  The dispute was the water chemistry within the
sealed heating and cooling system, and particularly, the lack of the proper
level of corrosion inhibitors, which is greatly accelerating corrosion within
heating and cooling systems in Mr. and other’s units. This will significantly
and adversely affect the operation and life-span of the units and the valves
that Mr. [redacted]
wants S.E. Mechanical Inc to install.  The corrosion will affect
their operation in the short-term by prohibiting their automatic operation in
case of an emergency, meaning that a unit may be flooded when the shut off
valve would otherwise prevent such an occurrence, and will affect their operation
long-term because they’ll simply wear out a lot faster than they otherwise
would have.  The dispute has been amplified by S.E. Mechanical Inc
bringing these matters to the Board’s attention, and asking that they take
corrective action, to the extent that they now defame S.E. Mechanical Inc
to their unit owners and refuse to accommodate our work in the building, i.e.,
refuse to shut down water in order for us to work on heating and cooling units
within units.  We have contacted Mr. [redacted] to schedule
a date and time for install of the valves during the week of November 30th
. Mr. [redacted]  is aware of the current dispute with the building management.
Per his instructions would still like the valves installed.  We continue
to attempt to resolve our issues with the building management but unfortunately
we haven’t been able to  successfully come to some kind of an agreement.
