Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintI sent pages of documentation to Mr [redacted] with specific emails generated by myself and [redacted] Byrd almost from day regarding the inaccuracy of her promise or "contract details" She consistently changes her information of what I will be getting with the distribution of the adShe promises 200-business and the list she provides me is with very few of them being in York County which was my main marketing area There were very few businesses in the Hanover area and the ones I checked DID NOT HAVE THE FREE PAPERS The one business I requested by add initially received less than papers The others I suggested received none I was told by the man that wrote my credit card number on the invoice the day he gave me papers that he was distributing a total of She turns around and says that 15,were distributed at that one distributionWrong She also stated in an email that the business will receive ongoing distributions throughout the year Wrong None were found She also states in an email that the add will be on line within weeks of distributionWrongIt never was put on line Our communication continued through the end of December when I stopped the charge through a dispute resolution through my credit card I sent them the same documentation that I sent Mr [redacted] and the charge was reversed by my credit card company since the terms, agreement and scope of the advertising promise was not delivered and was misrepresentedNow she tells you there were businesses when in fact her distribution list shows This tells me again that this is strictly fly by night operation that will produce only a few publications to give to the people that agreed to take out an advertise knowing full well that the balance will never be distributed in its entirety as promised I received papersThe one business I recommended had less than I certainly am not paying $for that This is not the way to do business This is not the way to gain repeat business This is not the way to have business speak highly of the opportunity I would advise other agents to no consider an advertising venture with this companyIn my opinion I do not owe the establishment one penny Falsification of advertising opportunity, failure to produce what was promised, failure to follow-through with all the parts of the advertising promised to include online advertising and failure to show in actuality what each business really received--if any, failure to provide documentation that 15,were distributed, failure to connect with 200-businesses as promised Regards, [redacted] ***
This company telemarket called me proposing an advertising campaignThey said someone would deliver me proofs before accepting their terms and tthen could pay if satisfied with the ad The ad was not approved or signed as authorization to run and they ran it without permissionThey have now sent me to collections with no agreement ever documented
