We have received the complaint that *** *** *** has submitted Her complaint states that she is able to find cheaper prices online that what is being offered via our website The website that we host shows "Live Inventory'' for Condos that can be booked directly online, but does
not limit her to that specific inventory She states she was told about specific properties in Florida and North Carolina We show no phone records for formal requests to do a search for those properties if they were not available onlineOur service does provide online inventory, but again members are not limited to those accommodations, they can call on the service number provided to put in a more formal request for specific properties and dates
We do only show one incoming phone call that *** *** *** placed on 04/13/at 10:am to our Manager in regards to his Welcome Call At that time, we could not offer a log in or password as the paperwork had not been processed as their purchase date was 04/12/Members are told at signing that it does take to business days to process paperwork fully and receive log in informationOnce paperwork is processed, they arc emailed their "Welcome Letter'' with said information(Please see attached proof that their Welcome was emailed promptly within that time frame.)

Review: My wife and I responded to a card we received in the mail that promised two return trip airline tickets anywhere in the U.S. with the logo for [redacted] on the card. We called and made an appoinment to listen to a presentation at the local [redacted]. When we arrived, the invitation card was taken, and we were ushered into a small meeting room where a travel club presentation was made. The presentation showed savings for travel and cruises that were very attractive. We had to stay and listen if we wanted to get the free airline tickets. After a lot of soft pressure to buy into the club, included a price reduction from $8995.00 to $3001.00 (due to abandoned and partially paid "inventory"), we relented and signed up for the club. We have since attempted to redeem the free tickets. After paying a "processing fee" of $75.00 to [redacted], we waited for our ticket vouchers. We finally received an "acknowledgment & Options form" that laid out two options. The first was a Class C option, that consisted of two ticket vouchers with significant restrictions that would not work for reservations for a condo that we made months ago. Option A, consisted of a buy one - get one, tickets with some fewer restrictions. We may not be able to use eighter one, and we had gone to the presentation beleiving that we could use these tickets, as no indication was given that there would be significant restrictions attached. People should be made aware that these travel clubs cannot always deliver, and in fact we did try them for a short hotel stay, and the total savings that they offered above [redacted], and other on line sites, was a measly $4.00 for the night or .06%.Desired Settlement: I usuaaly check out companies that I do business with on line, but that opportunity was not actually presented. [redacted] has a poor record, as does Sea Breezes as they pretend to be located in[redacted]. I found out they are in Wlimington, DE. Just another deception. We decided that we would prefer to forget the whole thing and get our money back, so that we could at least buy two tickets honestly and through reputable avenues.

Review: I purchased this travel program and paid in full. I was never told that I could not get travel insurance with the booking of a hotel and airplane. I was never told that I had a 3 day cancellation policy. I have tried from September to May to reach a person in the company to talk to regarding our current situation. I have sent 2 certified letters with doctor statements and a personal narrative explaining my husband's current medical status.

It would be life threatening if we did go with the program. I am willing to talk to anyone, but get no answer to at least 25 emails. I had a lawyer letter attached to my request for a phone call back to me. They have the money and no services were provided. I feel that Sea Breezes has the obligation to answer my communication and respond to the materials I sent to them.Desired Settlement: I am writing to you to request a phone call and explanation to the company. Ultimately I would like to be refunded for the travel program.

Review: My wife and I recently attended a presentation for Sea Breezes Travel Club. There were numerous promises made concerning travel discounts, resort access, etc. We purchased the membership, signing 13 pages of documents that were at best, paraphrased or summarized quickly by a fast talking sales person. We paid nearly $7000 for the membership. After reviewing the membership information over the next week or so, we discovered that we did not have access to any of the travel facilities we were interested in visiting. We also found that airfare through the travel club was more costly than if we booked flights online ourselves. Flight discounts only apply if flights are booked as part of a package deal to a vacation destination that we weren't interested in visiting in the first place. We also later found information on the internet that these memberships were typically priced at only a few hundred dollars. Long and short is that the entire deal was an overpriced, over promised, under delivered rip off. We contacted both Sea Breezes and their sales affiliate, [redacted], to cancel the membership and refund the paid fees. They advised us that we had signed a contract which stipulated any cancellation had to be received within 3 days of the contract date otherwise the membership fees were non-refundable. We hadn't even received any of the membership or web site login information within the 3 day cancellation period. Therefore, we hadn't even had the opportunity to find out what services were available. We were informed that the contract was binding, the fees were non-refundable, annual membership dues of approximately $200 were required each year, the contract was not transferable for 3 years, and there were fees to transfer it even then. Further, the company does not buy back the memberships nor provide a market, and therefore it can only be transferred if we find our own buyer willing to buy it at a price not to exceed what we paid. This was a sales scam from start to endDesired Settlement: We want a full refund of $3,545.00. We also want the membership canceled.

Review: I have high suspicion that Sea Breezes Promotions, LLC is a total fraud. They represent themselves as a travel club. I was lured into a promotion program represented by [redacted] through this company offering two free round trip air tickets to anywhere in the US plus a 3 night stay at a luxury hotel, 50% off car rental, and $100 gas credit. the promotion was not 'free', and they still want more fees to obtain those 'free gifts'. The presentation was by Sea Breezes who claimed they were in business 25 years, were headquartered in [redacted] and had 150,000 families affiliated. They claim to be affiliated with [redacted] etc. and that they have deep discounts because of these partnerships. After researching them, I found they have only been in business since August 2012 and can find no affiliations they mentioned. They have practiced theft by deception. I want my money back - $6,543.00. I have been lied to, and I don't want to do business with them. I want a total refund.Desired Settlement: $6,543.00

Review: They are scammers who propose to offer cheap travel deals to resorts and crusies and promise free travel. In summary, I have paid them $6,543.00 for what appears to be a fraud. When it became apparent I was scammed I asked tehm to cancel the membership application and return the $6,543.00 that I paid you in good faith based on the facts they stated at their presentation I have sent two registered mail letters on 1/21/14 and 3/1/14 and had an attorney write them in June 2014, allf that correspondence recived no response. Desired Settlement: A full refund of the amound paid to them. They have provided no service whatsoever that can possibly document their good faith and intent to deliver the servies they propsoed to offer.

Review: We "stupidly" purchased a Vacation Club membership on April 7, 2013 with the ability to withdraw 3 days from sign-up. We withdrew 6 hours after getting home and doing research. We also sent a letter to HadLegal Services in Arizona on April 8th, 2013, that was keeping our money in escrow notifying our withdrawl from the club. Our credit card was never charged for the initial purchase. Now a year later they have billed us $207.00 as the yearly fee for being members. We never became members, never paid an intiial signup fee and should not be charged for a membership fee that we cancelled during the period of time available to do so.Desired Settlement: This comany should withdraw the bill of $207 and never bill us again as we never became members. We officially cancelled the membership within the three day grace period.

Review: As filed in previous complaing with the Revdex.com, this company is fraudulent, dishonest and unethical. Following a rushed and high pressure presentation to provide information about joining a travel club, my husband and I decided to join for a fee of $7000. After signing the agreement papers, that were not adequately explained to us, we were presented with a binder of information regarding various properties around the US that offered as discounted lodging prices. We asked about specific properties that we travel to frequently in both North Carolina and Florida. We were assured that these geographic areas are covered, they are just not presented in the binder, but could be located online. We were hesitant and asked at that time about rescinding our purchase. We were denied that option and told that we could access all the information on the website www.goseabreezes.com We would be able to see the properties available and once we registered on line we would be able to see even more information that is only available to members. This was a Friday evening. The next day we were still unsettled and contacted the company that we were told was located in Florida, but is really in Delaware. We shared our concerns and asked to cancel the purchase because we were within the 3 day period to do so. We were asked what properties we were looking to for travel. When my husband shared the properties, the sales representative told us the locations of several condos in our travel areas and the prices. We asked for the full website access and were told that it couldn't be processed until after the 3 day waiting period. We found that odd, but through much explanation, the sales rep convinced us that the properties would be there and we would have our electronic information very soon. All of those rambling were just so that we couldn't cancel the purchase in the legally required 3 day period. When we did get full access, those properties we were told by the sales rep were most definitely not available. So, this travel club that we joined is not accessible the areas we most frequently travel, even though we were assured they were. We contacted the company again later for pricing and they offer no lower pricing for ANYTHING that I can get online myself. Most of the time, the rates online are actually cheaper than the travel club provides. They do not return emails requesting information about the disparity in pricing. I would like my money back for them not living up to their end of the agreement. I think the various complaints of the same nature that this Revdex.com division has received do merit some attending.Desired Settlement: I would like a $7000 refund to our credit card and I would the contract to be voided so we do have to pay the annual $199 fee.
