Sea Grass Therapies in ***, had a branch in ***, is running a terrible business. Ever since I started visiting there in January 2019, it has been a disaster. I am looking for my last charge from them made in June 2019 that I never received service for. They are a massage therapy company who I had a monthly membership with but canceled once I started realizing how unorganized & unprofessional they are. It would take me 3-4 phone calls before anyone would answer or call me back to make an appointment; they would consistently double charge me & recently when I went to make up an appointment at their new location, I was not able to find them. I called their business line with no surprise, an answer. There was no signs in the building whether outside or inside directing confirming I was in the right location. Due to this, on top of everything else, I was over dealing with them.I had paid for the massage & never received it. I am wanting to get a refund for my payment of $70 but they are not issuing it back, only in the form of a credit, which I will not be ever using so it is a waste of $70. I am not ever going to go back & will not recommend them to anyone. I have been trying to receive & work with them for weeks surrounding this with no response.
