Review: May 16 2012, I paid $474.15 for training and eventual certification for scuba diving. As of yet, it is not complete. Thru the time span, I have met him twice at a pool
and twice at a lake. It has taken call after call to get Steve Sand to respond through out the training. I even took my husband with when he finally said he would be at his shop hoping he would keep the process going. It made no difference. Last friday 1/18 he said he would meet me to finish up. He never showed and would not return my call. This has been a bad experience throughout. I would never recommend him to anyone. I want my money back so I can afford to go elsewhere. I have tried to be nice but that's over. Please help me.Desired Settlement: A refund so I can go elsewhere for the training.
