S.E.A. Sales

I ordered a hair straightner/ blow dryer combo from this site [redacted]com on 1/17/13. I was charged 129.95 via my [redacted] account. I never received product and have been unable to contact seller despite trying multiple attempts. I emailed and have had no reply. I have received no refund, response, product, and am unable to edit my purchase. their website has no alternate contact information such as phone number or billing address. I only learned of the name of the actual seller and buisness name through investigation of my [redacted] account. I am extremely dissapointed and will never reccomend or make a purchase from this company or website. I do however still wish to receive a refund. At this point I dont even care about receiving the product because the reliability of the company reflects on the reliability and accredibility of the product that I was to receive in my opinion. I would not trust that product was not a knock off of the original product that I believed to be purchasing.
