We received the complaint that you notified us ofWe would like to help with the situation as customer service is our number one priority. As a courtesy we will waive the fee and refund the patient the credit (which had been kept on her account to pay for her portion of the hour appointment
that she did not cancel). It is our office policy to charge a patient if they no-show or do not cancel their scheduled appointment
Any dental treatment that the patient is dissatisfied with will need to be reviewed and addressed with her new dentist Also, should there be a need to repair the work that we had done, we will work with the patient to ensure that she is well taken care of. Ultimately we want patient to be happy and comfortable with her treatment
