This is a perfect example of a customer trying to bully a small business. An order came in while I was 3 hours away for my grandmothers funeral service in WV. She asked where her product was. I told her that when I returned on the upcoming Thursday that I would put it in the mail... and send it off to her. She then demanded that I had better send it out today and do so overnight shipping (again, I was 3 hours away in WV, mourning the loss of my grandmother with my family). I told her that was not an option. She then sent another email (even more nasty than the others). I said that since she was more concerned about a beauty product than my bereavement that I was cancelling the order immediately and she can shop elsewhere. She then replied in a very rude and derogatory manner implying that she had better get her money back much faster than she got her order or there would be consequences. So in one final email (then blocking her) I reminded her that comments like that wouldn't get her refund any faster. So since she didnt get her way she wants to ruin my perfect reputation through BBB because me being in another state for a funeral was of no concern to her. She asked for the impossible and because she didnt get it... now I have to go through this. I stand by my actions and would never allow a customer to treat me, my staff, or even just a regular everyday human being the way she treated me with her negative, rude, derogatory words through those emails. NO business needs customers like that.
