The company is not paying the settlement resolution they agreed on for losing my luggage I flew Seaborn on Jan 1st and out of the bags I checked in they lost an oversize bag that I had purchased an insurance forThat bag contained close to $worth of my belongings and after a long going back and forth they agreed to paying only $However, since then they have not made any payment to meI tried more times to get a hold of someone in their accounting and management office but their voice mailbox is full and no one answers my questionsI emailed them too but so far ive jad no luck

I left SKB via seaborne on Friday afternoon and my bags never made it to *** where I would have had to recheck them to delta for my final destination jfkI filed a claim in *** and since then I have been unable to reach anyone via phone or email except booking agents who have been unable to helpThe voice mail at their central luggage center is now full as wellThere is no main *** service line available either
