Review: I paid $3,589.17 to fix the heater of my 1998 Ford Expedition and repair the problems of the Check Engine Light. I picked up the car on Feb. 18th and was told to drive it for two days or so before bringing it for vehicle re-inspection. The car did not pass nor was the heater fixed! Also, in their attempt to fix the heater they cracked the dash board on the left side and said that it was not their fault and that they were not going to do anything about it! I complained to them about the heater not working and the fact that the car did not pass re-inspection, so they told me to bring the car back to them. So, I brought the car back to them and they told me that they would not repair the car at all, but to take it as is! Ford Sea Breeze Ford refused to work on the car!Desired Settlement: I want Ford Sea Breeze Ford to fix the heater and repair the Check Engine Light problems, for they did not repair these problems the first nor the second time and I paid $3,589.17 for Nothing!
